Il vous manque le spring-session-jdbc de sorte que le JdbcOperationsSessionRepository n'est pas présent dans le classpath. Votre gestion des dépendances ne fournit que spring-session-core qui ne fournit que l'API de base de Spring Session - les éléments concrets de l'API.
