Application Android EULA sans entreprise ?

J'ai trouvé plusieurs exemples de CLUF dans stack overflow, mais tous affichent des informations sur la société. Je suis seul et je veux publier une application payante sur le marché Android.

Dois-je "créer" une entreprise ? Quel texte dois-je mettre dans le CLUF ?

Vous pouvez indiquer votre nom personnel ou le nom de votre entreprise.

En réponse à la première question, je vous recommande de rechercher un modèle de CLUF "à cliquer". Il vous permet de "remplir les blancs".

Je suis extrêmement curieux de connaître les accords de CLUF impliquant Google. La principale raison pour laquelle je dis cela est que je ne suis pas sûr que ces accords soient destinés à protéger Google lui-même, plutôt que l'éditeur.

Google précise que "Envisagez de préparer un contrat de licence pour l'utilisateur final (CLUF) pour votre application. Un CLUF peut contribuer à protéger votre personne, votre organisation et votre propriété intellectuelle, et nous vous recommandons d'en fournir un avec votre application".
