Bundler : lecture du certificat du serveur B : échec de la vérification du certificat (OpenSSL :: SSL :: SSLError)

Je utilise Windows, et j'ai une erreur lorsque je execute bundle ou bundle install:

J'ai déjà essayé bundle install --system, bundle install --path path/to_the/proect.

Cette erreur signifie que votre certificat est inexistant ou invalide. C'est un problème courant.
