Le serveur Rails se bloque lors de l'exécution en obtenant "no such file or directory" (aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type).

J'ai récemment cloné un dépôt Github et j'essaie de le faire fonctionner sur mon Mac. Je l'ai cloné, j'ai fait une installation groupée et j'ai installé toutes les gemmes. Lorsque j'essaie de faire "rails server", j'obtiens une erreur :

Que puis-je faire pour résoudre ce problème ? Je n'ai pas de database.yml, ce qui est le problème. Cependant, le dépôt n'en avait pas non plus lorsque je l'ai cloné. Pourquoi cherche-t-il un fichier qui n'est pas censé être là pour commencer ?
